Under the Group Housing Projects, The Uppal Group had already developed approx. 1.8 million Sq ft area in Chandigarh and Greater Noida. Apart from this another 2.5 million Sq ft(approx.) area is currently being developed through our JV in the NCR region i.e. Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad and in addition 5.2 million Sq ft(approx.) area has been earmarked for future development as per the new master plan of Delhi and also we are expanded our wings to other Metro Cities of India like Bangalore, Pune etc.
