Self contained and fully integrated facility, Crystal City is a joint venture between Uppal's and The India Property Fund.
Crystal City is one of the first notified Multi-Services SEZ in the National Capital Region. It is strategically located 50 kilometers from Indira Gandhi International Airport, on NH8, with more than 2,000 linear feet of frontage. Bearing the Uppal's hallmark of quality and innovation, the SEZ will primarily comprise of IT/ITES and Biotechnology companies. It will provide business centers of international standards, modern warehousing facilities and trading zones as well as spacious offices, hotels and serviced apartments. In addition, a direct road that will connect the SEZ to the railway station will facilitate access to the nearby Delhi-Rewari railway station. This Multi-Service SEZ is designed with the walk-to-work culture in mind, and will provide the social amenities that help attract and retain the best and brightest employees to the area.
Kohn Pedersen Fox is the US based, internationally acclaimed architecture firm responsible for the masterplan design. The other design associates involved in the project are Paul Fischman, United Kingdom, SWA Group, California and ARCOP Associates, New Delhi. Ernst and Young is the regulatory consultant to the project.
